How to request deletion

1. Email info@taskplete.org with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
2. Include the channel you used: Android app, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, website chat, email, or website form.
3. Include the identifier we can use to locate your data: phone number, email address, Facebook profile name or ID, app account, or organization name.
4. We may ask for verification before deleting records to protect your account and prevent unauthorized deletion.

What we delete

Where applicable, we delete or anonymize support conversations, contact records, app account information, request details, and files you sent to us.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records where required for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, active dispute, backup, or regulatory reasons.
